Jake came and installed a new pressure switch for the well which stopped the basement flooding. While here, I asked about replacing the kitchen faucet. This was done within a week. He was prompt and clean with the job. As I have said before, the company may not be the least expensive but they get the job done properly with no call backs. Thank you, Jake and Plumber in a Box.

Frozen pipes, day of service, Jake located the suspected culprit and fixed it quickly all while keeping communications and cost clear the whole time. I also love the text friendly plans, itemized receipt and estimates. They made everything crystal clear. We appreciate the quick response and professional recommendations to avoid frozen pipes in the future. We had no problems after their help. Definitely our go-to company for any future issues.

They've always shown up quickly to my plumbing issues and given a quote before doing the work. They give a time when they will be there and they've never been late. They provide photos of the issue and a clear explanation of repairs needed.

I am awarding a five-star rating, as that is the maximum available. I contacted them regarding my water line issues, and they responded promptly to assist me. Their pricing is quite reasonable, although there is always room for improvement. I would highly recommend their services repeatedly. If you find yourself in need of plumbing assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to them.

Question 01

Do you offer emergency plumbing service?

Yes. Burst pipes, active leaks, no-hot-water failures, sewer trouble, and urgent repair calls are part of the normal service mix across the route.

Question 02

What areas do you serve most often?

Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg stay at the center of the operating route, with nearby stops handled when they fit the same corridor cleanly.

Do you work on rental cabins and vacation properties?

Yes. Cabin and short-term-rental plumbing is a strong fit, especially when the property needs fast communication, accurate notes, and repair work that holds up after the guest turns over.
